Boji Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BojiMed," stock code: 300404) was established in 2002 and listed on the Shenzhen GEM Board in 2015, with a registered capital of 261 million yuan. It is a new high-tech enterprise that provides domestic and international pharmaceutical companies with "one-stop" outsourcing services (CRO+CDMO) covering the entire process of drug and medical device research and production. The company owns 51,000 square meters of modern office, laboratory, and production facilities, currently has over 1,000 employees, and operates more than twenty wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, along with more than ten participating companies engaged in related businesses. It has received numerous honors, including being ranked among the top 10 pharmaceutical outsourcing companies in China, recognized as a Guangzhou Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise, a Guangdong Province Integrity Demonstration Enterprise, holder of a famous trademark in Guangzhou, one of the top 50 most investment-worthy enterprises in China, and the chairman unit of the CRO branch of the China Pharmaceutical Quality Management Association.
