Pan Cancer T B.V. is an immunotherapy company developing next-generation TCR-T cell therapies for solid cancers. The company's products are based on a type of T-cell therapy known as TCR-T therapy, which harnesses the ability of T cells (the primary natural immune effector cells) to recognize and kill tumor cells. TCR-T therapy involves genetically modified T cells targeting specific antigens on tumor cells. Pan Cancer T’s differentiated next-generation approach addresses two major challenges in the field. First, we are committed to researching a unique set of 30 untapped targets that are uniquely expressed across multiple solid cancers. Second, our enhanced T cells are designed with increased durability to drive deeper and more sustained clinical responses across various solid tumors.
