PBACO Holding is a value-based network in Florida owned and operated by approximately 400 primary care physicians (PCPs) and 300 specialists. The main concept of PBACO is to increase access to PCPs and implement systems and processes that promote preventive care and chronic disease management, improve the quality of care and population health, and reduce unnecessary healthcare costs.
