Trethera

Trethera is a clinical-stage private biopharmaceutical company dedicated to pioneering new treatments for autoimmune diseases and cancer. Trethera has developed TRE-515, an oral capsule, using its innovative approach targeting nucleotide metabolism. TRE-515 has been granted orphan drug designation by the FDA twice. TRE-515 is the first clinical-stage drug that inhibits deoxycytidine kinase (dCK), the rate-limiting enzyme in the nucleoside salvage pathway, which is one of the two biosynthetic pathways responsible for generating DNA precursors.
