BioNexus Gene Lab Corporation was registered and established in Wyoming, USA, on May 12, 2017. On April 7, 2015, BGLC founded its Malaysian subsidiary, BioNexus Gene Lab Sdn. Bhd., which serves as the company’s global testing center and began operations on June 1, 2017. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chemrex Corporation Sdn Bhd., BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. focuses on the sales of chemical raw materials used in the manufacturing, medical, appliance, aviation, automotive, machinery, and electronics industries within the Southeast Asian region. These countries include Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian nations. Additionally, BioNexus Gene Lab is engaged in the development and provision of safe, effective, and non-invasive liquid biopsies for the early detection of disease risks based on evidence-based research, thereby minimizing treatment costs and improving patients' management of their current health conditions. BioNexus Gene Lab's non-invasive blood tests provide RNA change analysis to detect potential risks for 11 different diseases.
