Legacy Community Health Clinic

As a full-service federally qualified health center, Legacy identifies unmet needs and gaps in health-related services and develops client-centered programs to meet those needs. Since its inception, we have been an affiliate of the United Way, and currently offer adult primary care, pediatrics, dental care, vision services, behavioral health services, obstetrics and gynecology and maternal care, vaccinations and immunizations, health promotion and community outreach, health and nutrition, as well as comprehensive HIV/AIDS care.
