MangoRX is a new men's health company dedicated to developing, marketing, and selling a variety of men's health products and services through a telemedicine platform that connects consumers with licensed healthcare professionals. MangoRX plans to connect consumers with licensed healthcare professionals via the company’s recently launched website, www.MangoRX.com, provide care through telemedicine on the company’s customer portal, and also intends to offer customers access to licensed pharmacies for online fulfillment and distribution of medications prescribed during certain telemedicine consultations. To date, MangoRX has developed a go-to-market strategy encompassing product development, operations, marketing, and advertising; however, the company has not yet produced a significant volume of products and has generated only nominal revenue so far. In recent years, MangoRX has identified men's health telemedicine services and products as a growing field, particularly in areas related to erectile dysfunction (“ED”) products. MANGOCEUTICALS has developed and is preparing to commercially market a new branded ED product under the brand name “Mango.” This product is manufactured in compounding pharmacies and is available to patients when the prescribing physician determines that the compounded medication is necessary for the individual patient. This ED product has not and will not receive FDA approval.
