Aethon Therapeutics

Aethon Therapeutics was born out of a novel cancer immunotherapy platform called HapImmune™, developed by Dr. Shohei Koide and Dr. Benjamin G. Neel, researchers at the Perlmutter Cancer Center of NYU Langone Health. Aethon was founded in 2022 by the life sciences venture capital firm ATP (Apple Tree Partners), with Dr. Koide and Dr. Neel serving as the company's scientific co-founders. Aethon Therapeutics combines immunotherapy and targeted therapy to treat cancer and enhance its effectiveness. Aethon’s unique drug-resistant peptide conjugates/MHC antibodies are designed for use with TCI targeting RAS, EGFR, and other cancer-related mutations.
