First Light Acquisition Group is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The company is founded by a group of former industry and federal leaders with extensive experience in operating public companies and organizations within highly regulated industries and is led by FLAG CEO Thomas Vecchiolla.
