FineVision has a long history in the fields of optics, optoelectronics, and lasers. The company focuses on the application research of femtosecond lasers in ophthalmic surgery and biomaterials processing. FineVision has research and development centers in Nanjing and Wuhan. Its first commercial product — a full-femtosecond laser corneal refractive surgery device — originated from the technology transfer of Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
