In addition to offering online medical consultations to patients through a communication app, it also delivers prescription medications to their homes. Patients can complete the entire process from consultation to receiving medication without leaving their homes. The delivery of medications is a new service added under "LINE DOCTOR," the online medical consultation service managed by its subsidiary, LINE Healthcare. After registering as a member of the communication app and inputting the desired medication, patients can consult with a doctor via video call. Medications will be delivered within four days after the consultation. A service fee of 660 yen (approximately 34 RMB) and a shipping fee of 440 yen are required for the delivery.
