Careglove Global was incorporated on February 24, 2011, under the Companies Act 1965 in Malaysia as a private limited company. Its primary business is engaged in the manufacturing of rubber gloves. Careglove Global is a joint venture between Careplus Group and Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda (a company established under Brazilian law).
