CytoMed Therapeutics is a preclinical biopharmaceutical company focused on leveraging our licensed patented technology to create novel cell-based immunotherapies for the treatment of human cancers. The inspiration for CytoMed Therapeutics to develop new technologies stems from the clinical success of existing CAR-T therapies in treating hematologic malignancies, as well as the current clinical limitations and commercial challenges in extrapolating CAR-T principles to solid tumor treatments. CytoMed Therapeutics believes that the progress of CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapies for B-cell malignancies demonstrates that cellular immunotherapy is becoming one of the pillars of cancer treatment. CytoMed Therapeutics is developing three candidate products: CTM-N2D, IPSC-gdNKT, and CTM-GDT. CTM-N2D is our lead candidate, consisting of expanded gamma delta T cells engrafted with NKG2DL-targeting CAR to enhance anti-cancer cytotoxicity.
