Rezo is pursuing a comprehensive drug discovery approach, leveraging multiple technologies and tools to bring disease networks into focus, identifying new targets and therapies with greater clarity. Rezo’s Sequence-to-Drug System (SSD) platform integrates proteomics, genetics, structural biology, chemistry, and bioinformatics to create molecular disease network maps. Building on the work of the founding team at the Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), the company’s mission is to break the mold of traditional drug development, which is often slow and siloed. The company’s initial focus is oncology, with plans to explore other therapeutic areas through collaborations and partnerships.
