Murphy Canyon Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company whose business purpose is to merge, exchange capital stock, acquire assets, purchase stocks, reorganize, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although we may seek initial business combination opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we currently intend to focus on real estate-related businesses, including construction, residential construction, real estate owners and operators, financing, insurance, and other real estate service providers, as well as adjacent businesses and technologies targeting the real estate sector.
