Brexogen

Brexogen is a biotechnology company. "BRE-AD01" is an atopic dermatitis therapy developed by Brexogen using its own exosome platform technology. The raw materials are stem cells (BxC) suitable for exosome production combined with hepatocyte immunosuppression technology to produce exosomes. In various preclinical models, "BRE-AD01" has demonstrated superior therapeutic effects compared to competing drugs (Dupixent, JAK inhibitors, steroids). Recently, JAK inhibitors approved for the treatment of atopic dermatitis have produced severe side effects. In contrast, "BRE-AD01" has never shown any side effects and possesses multiple mechanisms of action (MOA) that help suppress type 2 immune responses, regulate IL-31R, and promote skin barrier recovery, thereby improving symptoms of atopic dermatitis.
