Claret Bioscience

Claret Bioscience is composed of a small, dynamic, multidisciplinary team that provides innovative NGS sequencing technologies and DNA analysis design for molecular diagnostics to deepen the understanding of degraded DNA molecules. Our focus is on cell-free DNA (cfDNA). Our two main technologies are SRSLY and XACTLY. SRSLY is our single-reaction single-stranded DNA library preparation kit, which generates complex libraries from 1ng input cfDNA, designed to capture a wide range of input molecule types. XACTLY is our novel dsDNA library preparation method, capturing and encoding information from each end of the molecule.
