REGENTIS BIOMATERIALS is a biomaterials company established in 2004, focusing on the development and commercialization of an innovative hydrogel platform for repairing damaged tissues. The company is dedicated to the field of orthopedic treatments, using biodegradable hydrogel implants to repair damaged or diseased tissues. The company’s first commercial product, Gelrin C™, is a cell-free, off-the-shelf hydrogel implant designed to treat pain caused by knee cartilage injuries. After a knee cartilage injury, an appropriate amount of hydrogel can be injected to fill the gaps between cartilage without the need for reshaping. As the cartilage gradually regenerates, the hydrogel is fully absorbed by the body.
