Salvat

Salvat is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1955 in Barcelona by entrepreneur Tomás Marnau and scientist Dr. Antonio Salvat. The company produces more than 60 leading products in its field, including the well-known anti-diarrheal drug Salvacolina, the antiseptic Cristalmina, or Cetraxal (known as Otovel in the United States), which was the first global development of the antibiotic ciprofloxacin.
