OmniAb's discovery platform provides partners in the pharmaceutical industry with access to diverse antibody repertoires and high-throughput screening technologies, enabling the discovery of next-generation therapeutics. At the core of the OmniAb platform is our proprietary transgenic animals' biological intelligence (BI), including OmniRat, OmniChicken, and OmniMouse, which are genetically engineered to produce antibodies with human sequences to facilitate the development of human therapeutic candidates. OmniFlic (transgenic rat) and OmniClic (transgenic chicken) address the industry’s need for bispecific antibody applications through a common light chain approach, while OmniTaur features unique structural attributes of bovine antibodies targeting complex antigens. We believe that OmniAb animals encompass the most diverse host systems in the industry, optimized through computational antigen design and immunization methods, combined with high-throughput single B-cell phenotypic screening and mining of next-generation sequencing datasets, utilizing custom algorithms to identify human antibodies with superior performance and developability characteristics.
