Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. V is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we do not have any restrictions on the industry or geographic location of our target business, we intend to pursue potential targets located in North America and the Asia-Pacific region (excluding China). We will not consummate an initial business combination with a target whose principal operations are in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
