AeroRx Therapeutics, LLC. was founded in 2022 as a spin-off from iPharma Lab's inhalation CDRO business, which was recently acquired by Kindeva Drug Delivery (June 2022). AeroRx is developing proprietary inhalation products for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. The company is led by industry veterans with extensive expertise in inhaled drug delivery and development, and a proven track record of building new pharmaceutical organizations from the ground up.
