GenoScreen

Since 2019, the Deeplex MYC-TB test, developed and produced by Genoscreen, uses a non-culture method to identify Mycobacterium tuberculosis and over 100 types of non-tuberculous mycobacteria. It predicts resistance to 15 antibiotics directly from primary respiratory samples within 24-48 hours. The Deeplex web application is used for automatic analysis of sequencing data, enabling clinicians to easily interpret results and optimally define personalized treatment.
