Enliven Therapeutics aims to address current and emerging unmet needs through precise oncology treatments, thereby improving the quality of life for cancer patients. Our drug candidates are designed to tackle issues such as tolerability, binding ability, drug resistance, and disease escape via brain metastasis. We plan to effectively advance treatments for patients in need by integrating regulatory and clinical development early in the R&D process. We have assembled an experienced team of drug hunters with extensive expertise in discovering and developing small-molecule kinase inhibitors, elevating our programs to the next level. We are developing kinase inhibitors that enhance efficacy through improved selectivity and binding ability, combat resistance, address brain metastases, and increase safety and patient convenience.
