Pacylex

Pacylex is a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Pacylex is developing PCLX-001, a first-in-class, once-daily oral cancer treatment with a novel and broad mechanism of action. PCLX-001 targets membrane-associated proteins at the root of leukemia and lymphoma cancer signaling. By disrupting tumor signaling before it spreads to redundant pathways, PCLX-001 offers an effective alternative to traditional chemotherapy and immunotherapy for killing cancer cells. In ongoing Phase 1 clinical trials, PCLX-001 has demonstrated favorable bioavailability, half-life, safety, and drug exposure, consistent with advancing the program to Phase 2 clinical studies. Pacylex is seeking Series B investor support for two Phase 2 programs in leukemia (AML) and lymphoma (DLBCL), which could lead to registration filings by 2025, along with expanded studies in solid tumor patients.
