HH&L Acquisition Co. is a newly established blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands. Its purpose is to merge, exchange shares, acquire assets, purchase shares, restructure, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although we may seek business combination targets in any industry, sector, or location, we intend to focus on healthcare or healthcare-related companies in the Asian market, with particular emphasis on the Greater China market. We will also consider global healthcare or healthcare-related companies with significant growth prospects in the Greater China or broader Asian markets—companies that can benefit from the expertise and capabilities of our management team to create long-term shareholder value.
