Omniose

Omniose's bioconjugation vaccine platform can precisely attach any bacterial polysaccharide (sugar) antigen to an engineered carrier protein within a single E. coli cell. Bioconjugation is a process much simpler than traditional chemical conjugation methods and has the potential to produce higher-quality vaccines. However, until now, the enzymes used for bioconjugation could only handle a limited range of bacterial targets. Omniose is overcoming this obstacle by expanding the scope of bacteria that can be targeted for vaccine development while leveraging the established benefits of bioconjugation.
