CLS Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company located in New York City, focused on unlocking the full potential of innovative anti-cancer gene therapies. The company's lead first-in-class candidate drug, CLS-014, is a novel adeno-associated vector encoding a recombinant DNase I enzyme, designed to target cell-free DNA in the serum with potent anti-cancer capabilities. We are translating the new biology of cell-free DNA into novel therapeutic approaches to treat a variety of cancers with unmet medical needs, starting with our initial project in pancreatic cancer.
