Minnesota Community Care is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Minnesota. Minnesota Community Care provides comprehensive healthcare services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care. The health center serves more than 10,000 patients annually, with 18 clinics in the St. Paul urban area. It has recently expanded its services and opened a clinic in Farmington, Minnesota. The sole mission of Minnesota Community Care is to strengthen the well-being of the community by providing healthcare for all, serving both insured and uninsured populations. The values of the health center emphasize putting patients first, advocating for equity, and elevating the community.
