Altar

Altar's technology, co-developed with the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), enables the automation of adaptive laboratory evolution and offers a unique capability to adapt microorganisms to the conditions required by industrial companies for competitive utilization on a commercial scale. Altar's suite of automated Adaptive Laboratory Evolution (ALE) instruments will be integrated into Ginkgo's foundry to serve customers in sectors such as food and beverage, biofuels, biomaterials, cosmetics, animal health, and human health applications.
