Good Works II Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Good Works II may seek business combination opportunities in any business or industry it chooses. As with Good Works Acquisition Corp., its founders have donated a significant portion of their founder shares to nonprofit organizations to further its "Good Works" mission.
