Everest Acquisition Corporation is a newly registered exempted company in the Cayman Islands, established as a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) aimed at merging, stock exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although the company may seek SPAC merger and acquisition targets in any business or industry, it intends to focus on technology-enabled and high-growth companies in Greater China or regional companies with close ties to China or growth potential, primarily concentrating on the healthcare, consumer, and green industries.
