NIMA Partners, launched in 2021, provides gluten sensors and gluten capsules for celiac disease and gluten intolerance patients to detect gluten in food particles. They place a strong emphasis on educating the community through an ecosystem approach. People with these conditions live within their own ecosystems, thus requiring adherence to distinct principles to ensure they can lead the best possible lives.
