Caravan Biologix is a biotechnology company dedicated to creating new therapeutic outcomes for a broad patient population by addressing the limitations of whole-cell chimeric receptor therapies. Caravan's proprietary protected technology enables the development of various delivery and treatment modalities, ranging from gene editors to small molecules. Our allogeneic iPSC-derived mini-CAR™ and mini-VAN™ platforms are based on cell-derived vesicles (CDVs), which can be rapidly designed and manufactured to develop treatments for both our internal pipeline and indications of interest to strategic partners. Caravan’s therapeutics are expected to demonstrate superior safety, including reduced risks of cytokine release syndrome and other adverse immune reactions. Caravan’s approach will significantly reduce the complexity of manufacturing cell therapies, enhance blood-brain barrier penetration, and improve targeted delivery of small molecules and other biologics.
