ENB Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of drugs, endothelin B receptor (ETBR) inhibitors, to overcome resistance to immune-based therapies such as immune checkpoint inhibitors. ETBR can lead to uncontrolled cancer growth, promote the spread of cancer throughout the body, and prevent the immune system from detecting and killing cancer cells.
