Prolifagen Therapeutics

Prolifagen Therapeutics, founded in 2016, is an early-stage biotechnology startup with the mission of preventing heart failure in patients who have experienced large myocardial infarctions. It currently has a microRNA therapy, PRO-302, which has successfully induced cardiac regeneration within the first month post-infarction in mouse and pig models. The company plans to initiate clinical studies soon.
