Cascadia Healthcare is a growing provider of post-acute care. It currently operates 37 skilled nursing facilities in Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and New Mexico, making it the largest post-acute care provider in Idaho. It has affiliated service lines in home health, hospice, home care, as well as assisted living and memory care. Founded in 2015 by four partners, Cascadia Healthcare focuses on being a "force for good" in serving people and communities, and has remained committed to delivering high-quality care to its residents.
