Ternio Group LLC, founded in 2014, has a simple mission: to provide hospitals with a 360-degree approach to surgical management. To meet customer needs, Ternio created PrefConnect, a cloud-based surgical preference card management tool designed to optimize product utilization that suffers due to outdated and inefficient manual preference card systems. Building on this, they introduced InstruSource, an e-commerce platform that streamlines instrument procurement, repair tracking, and monetization of unused surgical assets. They then launched ProCycle, a service that saves both time and money by analyzing reusable surgical instrument inventory to identify, restore, and reallocate assets for maximum efficiency. By integrating PrefConnect, InstruSource, ProCycle, and Ternio Surgical Restoration, hospitals can not only optimize surgical data, track assets, and ensure they have all the necessary resources but also monetize surplus assets and maintain equipment in good repair condition.
