Leucadia Therapeutics is a privately held preclinical stage company focused on the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. We have developed a big data-based algorithm for diagnosing the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer's disease afflicts 44 million people, with nearly one in ten individuals over the age of 70 affected. Over the past three decades, more than $30 billion has been invested in drugs to treat the disease, yet no one has been able to slow or halt its relentless progression. Leucadia Therapeutics' implantable device will prevent the development of Alzheimer's disease and may even reverse it in those already afflicted.
