Harm Reduction Therapeutics, Inc. is a nonprofit pharmaceutical company with a mission to prevent opioid overdose deaths by providing free or low-cost over-the-counter naloxone to all. HRT was founded in 2017 in response to the stringent pricing and access restrictions of existing naloxone products, bringing together experts in drug development, harm reduction, substance use disorder, public health policy, and prescription-to-over-the-counter switches.
