ARBELE is the first company globally to explore the therapeutic potential of CDH17xCD3 bispecific antibody therapy. The Phase 1 first-in-human study of its product, the CDH17xCD3 bispecific T-cell engager ARB202, has completed the first patient dosing in Australia for the treatment of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancers. ARB202 can effectively enhance the interaction between T cells and gastrointestinal tumor cell lines expressing CDH17, leading to T-cell activation and IL-2 release, effectively inducing tumor cell killing. Low-dose intravenous injection of ARB202 can significantly inhibit tumor growth.
