Suvera provides a virtual care platform designed to offer care for individuals with long-term illnesses at home. Its virtual care system integrates a remote care team with in-house technology to reduce the number of appointments required to manage patients with chronic conditions, while improving access and clinical outcomes for these patients. The company currently contracts with general practice clinics across China to decrease the primary care needs for managing patients with hypertension and diabetes.
