Suzhou Innomed Medical Device Co., Ltd. was established in January 2013 and is located in the Biomedical Industry Park of Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province. Suzhou Innomed is a national high-tech enterprise founded by Gong Xiaoyan, an expert of the national "Thousand Talents Plan," specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of implantable medical devices and interventional high-end consumables, with particularly deep R&D experience in the field of peripheral vascular devices and high-end consumables. Innomed boasts a technically strong team recognized within the industry. Currently, the company has six overseas-returning Ph.D.s and nine master’s degree holders, with over 50 employees in total. The R&D and manufacturing team has made unique achievements in areas such as vascular stent design, manufacturing processes, fatigue testing, and durability evaluation. The company's peripheral vascular stent system under development, Inno-Spring, won the 2016 Red Dot Award for product design. This product has passed the special approval application for innovative medical devices and has entered clinical trials. Another product, the intraluminal adjustable fenestration system Quick Fenestrater, completed the world’s first clinical surgery in October 2017. In 2017, the company received the ISO 13485 quality management system certification from BSI, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices while marking that the company's quality management capabilities have been recognized by authoritative industry institutions, representing a step towards global expansion. In April 2018, Innomed's ultra-smooth guidewire, Inno-Hydrowire, received U.S. FDA 510(k) registration, followed by CFDA registration in June of the same year, signifying Innomed's ability to produce competitive products. Additionally, Innomed's great saphenous vein stripping catheter, VENO BRIGHT, successfully obtained medical device product registration in June of the same year.
