Avista Therapeutics' mission is to develop innovative gene therapies for retinal diseases, including rare ocular conditions that profoundly impact patients' quality of life. We leverage our computation-guided scAAVengr platform to generate and validate a toolkit of proprietary AAV vectors that target specific cell types using minimally invasive intravitreal delivery and reduced dosing. Our quantitative in vivo methods and clinical ophthalmology expertise enable us to rapidly translate novel gene therapies into the clinic.
