The first digital health app created by Selfapy is an online course designed for patients with mild to moderate depression. Additionally, online courses for generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder are also available as digital health applications. Selfapy’s online courses provide quick and flexible professional support for those affected by psychological stress.
