Zhejiang Chemsyn Pharm Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhejiang Haisen Chemical Co., Ltd., was established in 2007 and located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. In 2016, the company was renamed Zhejiang Chemsyn Pharm Co., Ltd. It is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research, development, and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for human and veterinary use, as well as intermediates. In February 2017, the company officially listed on the NEEQ, with the stock abbreviation Chemsyn Pharm and stock code 870656. The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with four GMP workshops, more than ten chemical synthesis production lines, and over 100 reactors ranging from 200L to 30,000L, with a total volume of more than 400 cubic meters, most of which are controlled by DCS. It has a finished product and raw material warehouse covering 3,000 square meters and a liquid raw material storage tank area of 4,000 cubic meters. Water, electricity, steam, environmental protection, and safety facilities are all secure. The company currently employs 200 people, 25% of whom are technical and quality management personnel. With decades of experience in chemical synthesis, the company strictly adheres to GMP standards and EHS criteria in the production of APIs. Its key reaction types include sulfonation, amination, condensation, chlorination, cyclization, hydrolysis, bromination, diazotization, oxidation, esterification, hydrogenation, and Grignard reactions. Reaction conditions range from -35°C to 300°C and pressures from -0.1MPa to 10.0MPa. The company possesses a complete set of management teams for pilot testing, scale-up production, commercial-scale manufacturing, quality control, and product registration. It has an 800-square-meter QA/QC center equipped with advanced analytical and experimental instruments such as IR, UV, HPLC, and GC. A comprehensive quality management system has been established, and the company has passed multiple GMP certification audits. Several products have obtained GMP certificates from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and the Ministry of Agriculture.
