Mother Goose Health is the first fully integrated platform that brings value-based care to obstetrics using proven clinical models. The platform uses data analysis and predictive risk modeling to identify pregnancy risks early, unify communication and care, and facilitate clinical interventions to reduce the likelihood of preterm birth, neonatal intensive care unit admissions, and other complications more quickly. It includes a patient-facing mobile application and a network of maternal care coordinators working within a proprietary clinical software application connected to EMRs. Mother Goose Health offers its applications and services free of charge to patients and providers through contracts with independent health systems and health plans.
