Freedom Acquisition I Corporation is a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company was founded by Tidjane Thiam, Adam Gishen, and Abhishek Bhatia, and we intend to focus our initial business combination on financial services businesses that are technology-enabled and exhibit growth and scalability potential.
