Zura Bio

Zura Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapeutics for serious immune system disorders. Zura’s lead program is ZB-168, a novel fully human anti-IL-7R monoclonal antibody administered subcutaneously for the treatment of autoimmune conditions mediated by the IL-7 and TSLP pathways. Zura Bio aims to develop a range of therapeutic indications for ZB-168, with an initial focus on demonstrating its efficacy, safety, convenient administration, and mechanism of action in alopecia areata. This will build on Phase 1b data in type 1 diabetes, which demonstrated a favorable safety profile and robust biological rationale.
