Envisagenics

Envisagenics, Inc. was founded in 2014 as part of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Our mission is to reduce the complexity of biomedical data to accelerate the development of innovative treatments through RNA splicing analysis and artificial intelligence.Our breakthrough technology, SpliceCore, is a cloud-based platform that has been experimentally validated to predict drug targets and biomarkers by using AI to discover splicing from RNA-seq data. Through partnerships with Biopharma, we are using our software to identify disease-causing splicing errors, recognize correct drug targets, and develop RNA therapeutics. Our in silico RNA therapeutic discovery platform replaces expensive drug target selection and lead design with efficient computational simulations, reducing the time, cost, and risk of failure in drug development programs.
